Beliefs Statement

  • The Bible is the inspired, infallible word of God, the supreme and final authority for all faith and life. (2 Peter 1:20-21)
  • There is one God, who manifests himself in three eternally existent deities: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. (1 Timothy 2:5/Ephesians 4:4-6)
  • Man was created in God's image, but fell into sin and was separated from His presence. (Romans 3:23)
  •  Apart from faith in Christ's work on the cross, we are doomed to eternal destruction as punishment for our rebellion. (Romans 5:1)
  • Through His death on the cross, Jesus paid the price for the sins of all who repent and put their trust in Him; a debt which we cannot hope to repay ourselves. He provided a way for people to again be justified in God's sight. (Isaiah 53:5)
  • Jesus was resurrected from death, and ascended into heaven. (Luke 24:46-47)
  • He will someday return to destroy those who did not repent of their sins, and to bring His children to heaven, where we will live eternally free from sin and suffering. (Psalm 9:17)
  • Until Jesus' return,  the Holy Spirit remains on earth to convict Believers of sin, and to empower us to live in service to God, sanctifying us to become more like Him, until we one day reach perfection in heaven. (Romans 8:2-6)
  • Both the saved and the lost will be resurrected from death on Judgment Day; the saved will experience everlasting joy with the Lord; the lost, everlasting conscious punishment. (John 3:36)
